Yes. There is no session fee, no deposit and no pressure to buy prints or packages. Pixeltale is a community project.
Will I ever be asked for payment or personal documents?+
No. Sessions are free, so you will never be asked for card details, banking information or ID. If anyone asks for these in Pixeltale's name, it isn't us.
How do I receive my photos?+
Your edited photos are delivered digitally within a week of the shoot, so you can download and share them right away.
Where can the shoot happen?+
Anywhere in Halton Region (Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Halton Hills): your home, workplace, a park, a sports field or the venue of your event.
Can I use my headshot on LinkedIn or a company site?+
Absolutely. Headshots are made for exactly that: professional profiles, job applications, company pages and speaker bios.
Will my photos be posted online?+
Only if you say yes. Before the shoot, Sam asks whether your photos may be shared on social media and in the portfolio, and your choice is respected either way.
Can you photograph children?+
Yes. When a session includes anyone under 18, the booking is made by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms this before the shoot.
